DCG United Print Center stands behind the quality of its products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Service by phone, at 877-239-5173 ext. 4, within 14 days to discuss the issue and allow us the opportunity to resolve the problem.
Failure to contact us within the specified time confirms that the customer accepts all aspects of the order as acceptable and approved. To this end, DCG United Print Center will not be held liable or responsible for any discrepancies thereafter.

These terms and conditions apply in store and cover the use of our websites dcgunited.net, and all affiliated websites. By conducting business in our stores, or accessing any of the pages on our site, the customer understands and agrees to be bound by these terms.

Orders cannot be processed until these conditions are met:
(1.) All forms have been completed and signed. (2.) Components necessary to create the artwork or the digital artwork files have been submitted in usable condition. (3.) Receipt of a mailing list if mailing, and (4.) Required payment has been made.
Orders received before 12 noon EST are processed that day. Any order received after 12:00 noon EST is processed the following business day. In some instances, exceptions and priority will be given to RUSH orders.
DCG United Print Center is committed to customer satisfaction, and we do everything possible to ensure proper cutting, accurate color reproduction, and excellent printing quality. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that when a customer approves a proof, even if there are mistakes made by the graphic artist or our press department, DCG United will not be held responsible for those mistakes along with, but not limited to, the following:
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors or color selection errors were introduced by the customer in the artwork file creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as product type, size, finishing options, or quantity.
- Incorrect file dimensions, image orientation, or file submission in accordance with the specifications of DCG United Print Center.
- Damage to the products arising after leaving DCG United Print Center
- Duplicate orders by the customer.
- Incorrect file layout for folding, scoring, hole drilling, die cutting, or other custom services.
- Errors that are undetected in production if a proof is not required by the customer or the work is printed per the customer’s OK, or requests for changes are communicated verbally.
- Incorrect shipping address, undeliverable packages/3rd delivery attempts, or other errors created by the customer.

- The DCG United Print Center satisfaction commitment does not apply to shipping claims. All shipments are FOB Origin.
- If we decide that a refund or reprint is the proper course of action to resolve an issue, we reserve the right to have the customer return the original order, intact and in whole, before reprinting or refunding your order.
- Color, cutting and folding tolerances should be within industry standards (CMYK) for pleasing color and tolerance.
- This commitment is limited to reprint of the original order quantity or refund of the purchase price of the order. We are not responsible for any damages or claims incurred by you or your business caused by receiving printed materials which are defective or incomplete or which you receive later than the estimated delivery date.
- DCG United will establish production schedules for each job. Yet, DCG will not be held liable for delays due to a state of war, riot, civil disorder, fire, strikes, accidents, action of government or civil authority, acts of God, or other cases beyond the control of DCG United. In such cases, schedules will be extended by an amount of time equal to the delay incurred.
- This commitment does not cover fees for mailing services or postage or associated incidental or consequential damage or claims. DCG United Print Center is not liable for U.S. Postal Service errors, including loss or delay. Please preview your files carefully and correct any issues prior to placing your order.
Typesetting and Publishing:
Customers are advised that design work is independent of typesetting and publishing. Whenever materials are submitted for design, typesetting is seen as a separate aspect of the completed product. Due to the amount of typesetting required for a given order a minimum charge of $25.00 could be assessed…all at the discretion of the designer and/or publisher. In addition, extra typesetting is available at $65.00/hour.
Design Consultation and Services:
DCG United Print Center provides up to 15 minutes of free consultation to any and all customers seeking to create original or make enhancements to any design concepts. This service is at the sole discretion of the designer or Operations Manager. Once an order has been placed, the customer has conveyed design concepts to an employee or the designer, the design work will begin.
To this end, a proof/draft will be made and sent to the customer for approval, revision, or input as necessary. This will count as an initial draft and will be marked 'draft' or 'sample' by the designer when being sent to the customer. The customer will then be entitled to two additional amendments to the design or artwork without assessing any additional charges.
Please, be advised that any additional amendments to a design or artwork beyond the third sample/draft copy may assess additional charges. This is up to the sole discretion of the designer. Furthermore, once design work has begun on an order and a customer insists on sitting with the designer, aside from evaluating a draft/sample sent, additional charges will apply on an hourly basis.
All prices and amounts that are shown in-store or on our websites are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. If a user submits a request on the site to purchase printing products, mailing services, design services, or other services, the user agrees that all charges, taxes, shipping and processing and/or set up fees, where applicable, will automatically be charged to the credit card or paid by the user with an approved payment method, in addition to the original price stated.
Once the customer has approved a print job, no changes are allowed to the artwork files, job characteristics, or printing turnaround time. Before any print job is sent to DCG United Print Center prepress department, the customer is responsible for paying half of the entire amount of that print job inclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and processing fees, unless otherwise noted. Before any order is picked up by or shipped to the customer full payment must be received.
Standard Pricing and Custom Quotes:
All pricing is subject to change without notice and the final selling price of any order will be that of current DCG United Print Center Pricing. All custom order quotes must be made in writing and will expire 30 days from the date of the quote unless specified.
DCG United works closely with meeting the individual needs of each customer. To this end, we offer package deals. With our package deals, special discounted rates will apply. A package deal consists of three or more items being designed or three sets of items being printed in pieces of 500 or more. Please speak to any of our employees or agents.
All purchase requests must be submitted with an approved payment method unless otherwise expressly stated. Approved payment methods include any of the following methods:
Pay by credit card. This is simple and safe. Most of our customers pay this way. A 3.5% processing fee will be added to payments made in-store by credit card. All payments made via Paypal will incur an additional 4.567% processing fee.
Pay by pre-paying with check or money order. We will instruct you on how to mail your payment to us. Please note that payment made by checks will delay the production of any order until the check has been cleared by the customer’s financial institution.
Pay on the account. On account or purchase orders are available ONLY to government, educational institutions, and customers with established DCG United Print Center credit accounts unless otherwise stated. DCG United Print Center is at its sole discretion to offer any such services to any customer, or business, at any time.
Our Sales Tax Policy
DCG United Print Center is required to collect sales tax on purchases. All taxes and assessments levied by any governmental authority are the responsibility of the customer. When an invoice is created, all amounts due for taxes and assessments will be added. If, after the customer has paid the invoice, it is determined that more tax is due, then the customer must promptly remit the required taxes to the taxing authority or immediately reimburse DCG United Print Center for any additional taxes paid.
If you would like to claim tax-exempt status, please send us documentation of your tax-exempt status when placing your order in store or through the Site. Fax a copy of your tax-exempt certificate along with your order number to the attention of the Customer Service department at 862-241-1870. After receiving your certificate, we will send you a confirmation email. No tax exemption will be granted unless the customer's "Exemption Certificate" (or other official proof of exemption) accompanies the purchase order.
Color Accuracy and Hardcopy Color Proofs
DCG United Print Center will reproduce color from submitted print-ready files as closely as possible, but cannot exactly match color and density (as viewed in a 5000K light booth) because of limitations in the printing process, as well as neighboring image ink requirements.
The target that DCG United Print Center uses for color reproduction is the final hardcopy proof that the customer approves. On products that do not feature a hardcopy proof option, or when the customer did not request a hardcopy proof, DCG United Print Center will use industry standards to arrive at a pleasing color.
Please note that we accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted print-ready images and the actual artwork or product they represent. If more than one hardcopy proof is requested per job, the additional cost will be quoted based on the product before additional proofs are made.
Our prepress department checks most artwork files before printing, yet the customer is still 100% responsible for the accuracy of print-ready artwork files, and we encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting to DCG United Print Center.
DCG United Print Center will not alter any part of a file that is deemed print-ready. Should this service be requested a minimum charge of $25 will be assessed. As postal regulations are subject to change, the customer is 100% responsible for complying with current mailing restrictions for your layouts. Check with your local Post Office or mail service provider.
The customer hereby affirms ownership and/or publishing rights to all artwork, photos, materials and lists submitted for printing and/ or mailing and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless DCG United Print Center and its affiliates and employees from any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and/or proceedings that may be levied against DCG United Print Center on grounds of that said printing.
Any violations, copyright infringements, or any proprietary rights of any person, business entity, or institution will be solely at the customer’s expense. The customer agrees to legally defend, to a favorable completion, any and all claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be brought against DCG United Print Center.
DO NOT send any “one-of-kind” transparencies, prints or artwork. Although we take every precaution to safeguard your materials, we are NOT responsible for loss or damage of images or artwork. Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material:
Any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable.
Printing Turnaround Time
Printing turnaround time begins once your order has been placed and your print-ready files have been uploaded to your account, attached to your printing job, and approved for printing by you. If a hardcopy proof is ordered, the printing turnaround time begins when we receive your approval on that proof. Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to our file requirements, your job status will return to “Need Artwork” and your printing turnaround time will be reset to the day and time of approval.
For printing jobs that do not have complete digital source files provided, printing turnaround begins when we have your print-ready file(s) for your print job and an approved final proof, not from when the order is first submitted.
Once your proof is approved, the print turnaround time begins the next business day. For example, a job for a five-day printing turnaround that you approve on Tuesday will be shipped out to you (if required) by end of business on the following Tuesday.
Please note that DCG United Print Center Press and production facilities are closed on weekends and holidays. As a result, these days are not considered when calculating the printing turnaround time. In addition, printing turnaround time does not include shipping transit time. Please allow additional business days for delivery, based on the shipping method you request.
Printing turnaround time for jobs with approved payment and accepted final proof is guaranteed. The remedy for failing to meet a deadline is limited to a refund of any rush charges or a courtesy rush on your next order. Cancellation of an order based on printing turnaround time is only allowed if the customer indicates in writing (e.g., request sent in order by email) when placing the original order that a job in the order is time-sensitive and must be shipped by target date based on the agreed-upon printing turnaround time.
Order Pick Up
Pick Up orders will be held for14 days at our facility. After 30 days, we will recycle your order. You agree that shipping terms for all DCG United Print Center products are shipped “Freight On Board Shipping Point” or “F.O.B. Shipping Point”. Title and Risk of loss or damage transfers to you at the time of shipment or pickup.
Please understand that target arrival dates are estimates, not guarantees. While we will do everything in our power to meet your target arrival date, weather and other occurrences beyond our control may impact our ability to meet that date.
All sales are final unless otherwise noted. No refunds are given once DCG United Print Center begins working on your order, which means DCG United Print Center has received your necessary materials (i.e., digital files and payment) and started work on your job (i.e., your job is in production).
Within 14 days of purchase, a partial or full refund may be extended to the customer if no work has been completed by DCG United Print Center. Please note that such a refund would be reduced to cover any fees charged for design, proofs, processing, or other services associated with that order.
To be sure we are successful at meeting customer-requested turnaround times, DCG United Print Center actively maintains materials, inventory and staff, and schedules time on all equipment for orders that have been placed. Orders that are not sent to press by the customer within 5 days of order incur additional equipment, labor, and inventory costs for DCG United Print Center.
Orders not sent to press by the customer within 30 days of the order being placed will be non-refundable and will incur a fee of 12.5% of the original job total for each 14-day period thereafter until 100% of the original job total has been accrued in fees.
Ownership of Production Materials and Copyright:
All materials created in producing any printed product, artwork, or design remains the exclusive property of DCG United Print Center and is protected under copyright; it may not be reproduced without expressed written consent.
Although these materials will NOT be sold or given to any other party, we reserve the right to distribute free samples of any printed product. Unless our work is purchased by the customer we own the right to all work created by DCG United Print Center.
